Welcome to The Sanctuary at Bonita Bay Homeowners' Association web site.  The Sanctuary is a close-knit neighborhood of 62 homes located just north of Naples, Florida, within the 2,400-acre master-planned community of Bonita Bay.

Bonita Bay's amenities include five championship golf courses, three waterfront parks, a private beach park, tennis center, fitness center, and a marina with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Homes in The Sanctuary are free-standing with golf course, lake, or water garden views, and range in size from 2,700 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet (under air). The neighborhood offers  the privacy and benefits of individual homeownership along with the convenience of  being part of a homeowners' association responsible for landscape, pool, and common area maintenance.
